Parent Guide
At Community Fellowship, we want you to know what a great blessing it is for us to serve you. We are extremely thankful to be a part of your child's life as they are learning about God and His love for them!
In order for us to lead well, there are a few helpful guidelines that we ask all parents to follow as your child moves through the classes
Our class breakdown is as follows:
Kids Ministry Class Ages:
Nursery: Birth- Age 3
Toddlers: Age 3- Kindergarten
Kids: 1st- 5th grade

Nursery Guidelines- Moving Up
- Once your child is 3 years old, they will be promoted into the Toddler's Class where they will begin learning with children around their age.
- If they are not potty-trained at this time, they will still move out of the Nursery but we ask that you keep them with you until so.
- We realize this might be a difficult transition time so please reach out and speak to us if you would like to discuss or have questions about this.
Nursery Guidelines- Parental/Child Care
As we continue to make our Nursery a comfortable & loving environment, we are asking all parents abide by these rules:
- We have a group of people who have volunteered to be in the nursery on a rotation. The two adults who are in this class will be the ONLY adults in there during this time.
- Each volunteer that works in the nursery will have a background check.
- This room is not equipped for additional people and for the volunteers to operate smoothly. In addition, this also creates confusion for parents on who is a church representative.
- For our parents, we want you to have this break and an opportunity to give focus to your own spiritual lives.
- We’re so excited for all of our parents, but if you're new to CF and would like to stay in the nursery for two services to see how we operate, we’ll welcome that.
- Parents, if you choose not to use the nursery, the lobby will remain open for you to watch and listen to the service there. There will additional seating provided.
- As always, kids are welcome in the sanctuary.
- As we continue to grow, we are working on new check-in processes as well as a call system for parents when they are needed in the classroom.
