We LOVE Our Community!
Since the start of our ministry at Community Fellowship, we have had a deep desire to reach out to our neighbors in Polk County and show them the love of Christ. So each year, we host different events that are completely free to the people of our community. We feel that this really allows us to love God, love people and serve both! Check out the events we have scheduled for this year.
May 26th- Community Funapalooza 6-8pm
July 5th- Community Fireworks 7-10pm
October 20th- Community Fest 4-6pm
- This event kicks off the summer with BIG fun for our community. We will have lots of inflatables for children of ALL ages, games & recreation areas for our teens and plenty of space for the adults to sit and fellowship. We will provide hot dogs, chips, snacks & drinks for everyone.
July 5th- Community Fireworks 7-10pm
- This event is all about Independence Day! And since it is in the hot of the summer, there will be water inflatables & activities along with recreation areas for our kids/teens and plenty of space for the adults to sit and fellowship. We will provide cool snacks & drinks for everyone. Once it is almost dark, we will begin our firework show. (Click on the link below to see a recap of last year's show)
October 20th- Community Fest 4-6pm
- This event is centered around all things fall! There will be a ton of fall activities, a petting zoo, recreational areas for the kids/teens and plenty of space for the adults to sit and fellowship. We will have our annual chili cook-off along with snacks & drinks for everyone.
