Self Control

The very last fruit of the Spirit is probably one of the most difficult for a lot of us in life. There is a choice that each of us must make if we want to let God's Spirit lead us or handle it all on our own.

Because we have free will, we must take charge of our temple and have control in every area. From eating habits to anxious thoughts- all of it is our responsibility. And the great part is this: God is right there to walk us through it if we allow Him to lead.
